This weekend, McLOCKlin Locksmiths was called out to two separate lockouts at caravan parks in Silloth, just 24 hours apart!
Both customers were in the same situation — they didn’t have the keys to open their locks and decided to try drilling them out themselves.
🔧 One customer spent around an HOUR drilling, breaking their drill and going through numerous drill bits without getting anywhere near opening the lock! 🤦♂️😂
🔩 The other customer got partway through but quickly realised they weren’t getting anywhere and needed professional help.
I completely understand the frustration. When you’re trying to get back into your safe place, especially when you’ve got children’s clothes, baby formula and other essentials locked inside, you just want to get in as quickly as possible. ❤️
I attended, gained entry for both customers and carried out repairs to one of the locks to get things sorted.
